When it was time for me to move and find a new home in Las Vegas I knew I wanted to work with someone who could take the pain out of the process. Prior to working with the Faith & Team staff at Urban Nest Realty, I had worked with another local realtor in the quest for the ideal home but had a communication issue with which led me to Tasha Briere. I already knew with my first phone conversation that Tasha was going to be the one to help me find my new home. She's extremely knowledgeable, very thorough in her processes and most of all she cares.

Tasha's guidance into specific areas that I would like is spot on. Her ability to listen is just one of the great traits that make her a superb agent! The other is her incredible instinct of being able to tell when you've stepped into your new home. That's how I felt during our phone calls when we initially screened properties before I even stepped foot into any of them. She worked with me by taking the time to go over each aspect, concern such as neighborhood, type of property and all the features I was looking for in a house, and most of all I never felt rushed.

She really knows her business, all the in's and out's and behind the scenes that I haven't thought about as a buyer such as regulations, logistics and the different aspects of different builders/developers. Those fine details really did help when deciding which property and area that was right for me.

What I really appreciated was how thorough she was about the entire process. Tasha always kept me in the loop about the homes I was interested in and gave me her honest, professional opinion on each property and her attention to detail is impeccable whether it was a contract or certain aspects of a property that might be concerning, which is what gave me the peace of mind that I was looking for in a good agent, because of this I knew I was in good hands, especially during the beginning of my search.

During the entire process, Tasha always took her time to explain the property and neighborhood based on what fit my lifestyle, and I can't emphasize how thorough she is in her processes. This is the type of assurance that every home buyer or seller needs when considering a good realtor. Not to mention, Tasha is very personable and professional in every aspect, she really cares about her clients and most of all I can trust her, that's how I felt when I was being shown potential homes - that she would be there to guide you through the entire process.

Because I was an out-of-state buyer, there were so many moving parts that needed to be handled properly, such as coordinating my move based on the sale of my home to transitioning into a new home. She made the process seamless in every sense, because moving is a life changing event.

Faith and Team were excellent to work with! As a first time home seller due to serving as a power of attorney seemed like an impossible task on-top of everything else I had going on. I was referred to Faith by a friend and I couldn’t have been happier with the results! I live in Ohio while the house that was being sold was in Nevada. Her team made recommendations for improvements to increase the selling price and connected me with individuals who were capable to complete the jobs. The work was completed and exceed expectations for a reasonable cost. The house was on the market less than 72 hours, received 20+ offers, all above list. We went under contract when my role changed from power of attorney to the executor of the estate. Her team worked with me to complete all of the necessary paperwork and also, played an instrumental role in keeping the original buyer happy to remain under contract. 8+ months later, we officially closed with the original buyer still above list price. This all happened with me 2000+ miles away from the home and it’s truly thanks to Faith and her wonderful team! I would absolutely trust them to help me again should I ever be in the housing market around them in the future!

In this crazy market cycle, we had no choice to sell our home in Las Vegas. I was mainly in Florida while my husband was in Vegas.
Heidi and her team made the process soooooo easy for both us. We listened to her advise and recommendations. We weren't expecting to get any bites on the house for maybe a few weeks due to the slow market. But due to Heidi's advice and expertise, we had 4 offers
