  7. THE BUILDER PAYS FOR OUR FEES

  8. Currently, in the state of Nevada, the seller pays for all Realtor commissions. This is the case for resale as well as with new home construction. Almost all builders will pay for a Realtor commission and it will not come directly out of your pocket.
