While the builder has agents in the sales office that will help with the process and even paperwork, they represent the builder NOT you! They will always side with the builder as they are employees of the builder. Wouldn’t you rather have someone who is looking out for ONLY YOUR best interest?

We have a lot of experience with representing buyers who have purchased new home construction. We are familiar with the various builders in the valley and will ensure that you get the best deal and incentives available. In many cases, we are even to negotiate a little more than what is typically offered.
WE WILL BE BY YOUR SIDE FOR THE WHOLE PROCESS
Whether you are buying a standing home that will be ready to go right away or building from dirt, we will be by your side from beginning to end. We will help you walk through the process of not only negotiations, but also building selections, frame walks, and final walk-throughs. If you are purchasing from out of state, we are your eyes on the ground and will check your new home throughout the build process. THE BUILDER PAYS FOR OUR FEES
Currently, in the state of Nevada, the seller pays for all Realtor commissions. This is the case for resale as well as with new home construction. Almost all builders will pay for a Realtor commission and it will not come directly out of your pocket.
