After a failed attempt with another realtor to sell my home in November, Faith was brought aboard. Within 4 days or hiring, Faith and team coordinated repairs to get my house ready to list. Due to the pandemic a contingent offer fell through. Immediately Faith and team hustled to market and show the house and within 3 days presented an offer from a well qualified buyer. Throughout this process, Faith and team was above board, communicative and worked really hard.

This was an amazing experience. I made an online inquiry and within a couple of hours we met Heidi and were looking at houses. She quickly asked questions about what we wanted and without delay, we were off to see multiple properties. One of the houses she offered on day one, is our new home, we closed a week ago. Heidi sets the bar high, but it doesn’t end with her, you get an entire team that truly makes the experience easy. Even through the painful paperwork requirements, they keep you leveled and make it happen. Truly exceeded every expectation!!!

Being a first time buyer and completely new to this process, Tasha was absolutely wonderful to work with. I am the type that will not have any questions until I am at home, and she responded in a timely manner to every single inquiry that we had! We were selling our parents' home in Las Vegas and we live out of town. Since the pandemic hit just after we went on the market, Faith and team took care of everything that we had intended to do when we returned to Las Vegas, including packing up some items we left behind and sending them to us, and coordinating and overseeing some projects for the house. Faith took the time to answer every question we had, which often involved 3 way conference calls between our family (siblings) living in separate states, and Faith and our parents' house in Las Vegas. We could only search for houses online during the COVID-19 Travel restrictions which made if difficult especially because we had never been to Vegas and knew hardly anything about the neighborhoods. Who buys a house online?? Luckily we had Faith and once we found a new listing of a house that we loved popped up, we needed to act fast! That day she drove to the house and took a video for us, sent it immediately, and we placed an offer. Everything was seamless with Faith and team throughout the entire process.
