Sun City Aliante is an age-restricted community of 2,028 homes. Fourteen miles north of the famous Las Vegas Strip and directly south of the Sheep Mountain Range and the Tule Springs Fossil Beds National Monument, with the 11,916 feet high Mt. Charleston to the west and Nellis Air Force Base, home of the Thunderbirds, 11 miles to the east, we are ideally located at the north edge of the Las Vegas valley.

Within our community, you will find state-of-the-art fitness facilities, including tennis and Pickleball courts. A city-owned 18-hole golf course runs through the community.
