I have bought 10 houses sold nine and lived in everyone at them as I was selling them. It is not an easy task to do and tests everything in you at times. Heidi at Faith and team helped us by the house that we just sold. We used her both times because of her tenacity and getting things done. She knows what she's talking about and knows how to get a house sold and how to negotiate a purchase for you as well. I would recommend anyone to use her as their agent. My sister did not take my recommendation and use someone else and severely regretted it, especially after seeing how great Heidi was for us. She had great recommendations on what we needed to get things done in a market that was not in our favor. We sold within a month against other new houses where Builders were paying down the interest rates. Thank you Heidi and faith and team for everything that you did for us for both the purchase of this house and being there for the sale of it when we decided to move on.
