Rhodes Ranch is a master planned golf course community located in Southwest Las Vegas, adjacent to Summerlin. The community is situated around a 6,909 yard lushly landscaped course designed by renowned architect Ted Robinson and is expected to have more than 5,000 homes at completion. This community has three different series options to choose from: The Haven, The Oasis and The Sanctuary Series. In total there are 11 different floor plans to choose from.

All of the new homes in this Las Vegas community are very reasonably priced, with the median single-family home starting at the low 300’s and reaching up into the high 400’s.
